When I found out my granddaughter’s IEP was not being followed at all, I remembered Charmaine had been with me at the original IEP meeting. I called Charmaine and she gave me some VERY GOOD information. I am going to call Charmaine first in any situation with the school from now on. She will definitely be my go-to person with school concerns.
