Kiki has been involved in the education of students with significant support needs and challenging behaviors over 35 years. She has worked with all age groups as well as all types of educational settings. Kiki worked as a special education teacher, a Special Education Coordinator, and at the Colorado Department of Education as the Positive Behavior Support (PBS) Coordinator.
